She was known as many things. Dreamwalker. Zeykoyu. Some spoke of her as though she were already a Tsahìk, touched by Eywa and returned from death. But beyond, she was remembered by another name.
Toruk Makto’s Last Shadow.
A shadow believed buried with the first war, one that would be seen again across the skies when fire crossed the sea and ash began to settle over living ground.
From a land stripped of green came those who had turned from Eywa, led by one who looked upon faith and saw weakness. But the last shadow was everything she could not forgive. One who had suffered and still refused to turn away. She was living proof that silence did not mean absence.
So the hunt became personal.
Far from the warrior who had become her home, she would be forced into the sky once more, carrying grief in one hand and her bow in the other. Hunted not only for what she had done, but for what she believed.
Yet fire does not only destroy. Sometimes it clears the earth for something new. Sometimes grief grows teeth.
And sometimes, beneath the ash, the deepest roots are only beginning to spread.
