Summary
Toni sat on her bed, eyes wild with pure anger.
“Fuck! This is so fucked!”, she yelled, getting up to throw the books that had been piled on her nightstand to the floor.
Why did everything bad always have to happen to her? First her shitty real parents bailing on her from the start, getting cut from the basketball team, then the shit that went down with Regan, and now this?
“It’s fucking bullshit Marty! We’re juniors, I only have like two years left and then I’ll be 18 and off to college. Why couldn’t they just fucking not do this?”
Toni was furious.
Or: After having difficulties with her current foster family, Toni is forced to relocate to Fort Travis, Texas to live with another foster fam. She tries her best to survive in a new town that has even more religious bigots than she's used to, no Martha, and not to mention it's hella hot compared to Minnesota.
