Taking a deep breath, she slowly walks in, the bell announcing her presence as she enters.
As soon as she stepped a single foot inside, her senses kicked in. She felt a shiver down her spine; a strange sensation rippled through her skin, one she hadn’t felt in quite some time.
She swiftly turned her head, her hair whipping behind her. Red eyes locked onto the target like a heat-seeking missile.
Her face quickly paled.
There he was, staring right back at her.
The source of her anguish.
Her husband.
TLDR: After the unceremonious end of Operation Strix, Loid comes back with the milk after being gone for 2 years with no explanation. But he sure has a LOT of explaining to do to his wife.
