Akiko Yosano went to ketsubetsu acedemy high in class 2-2 to infiltrate a hero school on Mori's orders, Why? Cuz Mori wanted to know how long it would take for Japan's original government to break Yokohama's agreement with them as two year's passed, Yosano informed Mori that they have been planning against the agreement
Then he sent Chuuya, Kouyou and Dazai to infiltrate the Japanese original government and the two best hero schools, Kouyou would be infiltrate the government while chuuya were to infiltrate U. A high and dazai would be infiltrating shiketsu high for info
Or Akiko was happy, chuuya is reluctant, Dazai laughs and kouyou and soukoku despise heroes more.
