Summary
It’s not so much a secret but more of an… unspoken truth, what happened Lily Evans. Little is known, even littler compared to what Hemlock won’t say, but everyone knows the story though very few dared speak about it.
Lily Evans went on a trip to Japan to finish her Mastery in Charms. She went radio silent for two years. James Potter found her dazed and disorientated in Godric Hollow’s garden one night, heavily pregnant and gravely injured, mumbling about demons and curses and something called domains.
Hemlock was born not three months later, a bundle of pink skin, white hair, and ungodly bright eyes.
Nothing has been quite the same since then.

Summary
Free from their neglectful ghost-hunting parents, the Nightingales are settling into their new home in Gotham. Jazz now has custody of Danny and Dani thanks to some help from Vlad (No strings attached there) and Dan is now at a point in his therapy where he can safely live on Earth again.
The Nightingales are perfectly normal human civilians with no shady history or concerning behavior whatsoever.
