Percy had always wanted a big family. After the war with Gaea, he'd had more than enough time to think about it, especially with his now endless life ahead of him.
On top of that, he'd just been informed that, as a child of the sea, he was very fertile and could get pregnant... well, let's just say that at least he'd have his big family, with many, many children.
Without their respective fathers knowing, of course.

Summary
Anyone find it funny how Steve Rogers claims to have faith in the people despite acting against their interests. Invading their countries, Enforcing his justice on them, Destroying their things and getting some of them killed in the name of saving the world.
Without government permission. Without having the authority to do so. Kind of like what Team Cap stans say Tony was with Edith and Ultron the idea not the actual being that hacked tony and banners project.
So here's a fic on Steve waiting on the people to act out and defend him because he has faith on them.
