Summary
There was a time when every Fae could use magic as easily as breathing. Summon a whole feast from nothing, light up an entire forest clearing, ward their homes from unwanted guests, grandiose things like that. But also the small things, like glamouring a scar on one’s skin, heating a pot of water, sweeping dust from the floor.
That was before the Overlords drained most of the magic from the lands, killing so many mages in the process. By the time Finn was old enough to remember things, there was almost no one left who could understand the grimoires stored in the palace library.

Summary
