Chuuya, his neighbor, thinks hes bringing them to a girl hes trying to woo and demands to come along to judge if shes pretty enough to warrant Dazai destroying his garden. Plot twist, Dazai's not wooing a girl, hes bringing them to Oasaku's grave.

Bilbo Baggins was not proud of how he turned out. He was not proud of allowing his dear Frodo to be the ring bearer. He was not proud of allowing his dear friends to die.
Perhaps it was for this reason that Bilbo was given the chance to redo it. Perhaps the gods pitied him, or perhaps this was his punishment for all he had done.
Regardless of the reason, Bilbo was here, in his dining room with dwarves he had long since parted ways with. With dwarves who had long since died. He didn’t know why he was here, but one thing was certain.
Bilbo Baggins was determined to do better. He would not lose anyone dear to him, he swore it. Even if the cost was his own life.
