Summary
James came from a household where food wasn’t just a way to sustain life but a sign of love. He cooked because that was his way of showing he cared. Food, no matter what kind, had always been a way to show appreciation, apologize, say something no words could ever describe, so looking down and seeing an almost empty bag of dried berries, old ramen noodles and a water bottle made James tear up.
Regulus had a rather shitty week and everything just got too much. Him being Regulus, he lashed out on James for somehing minor.
