Summary
"Since when do you go to Central Park on your lunch?"
Since never. "Since I got sick of looking at the same gray walls for sixteen hours straight." This seems to catch her. She pauses, and he takes the opportunity to sell it a little more. "Y'know, it's a nice day outside, I figured a little fresh air wouldn't kill me."
"Are you sure about that? Because I'm pretty sure we spend enough time in here that our immune systems would be shot by anything outside of this office."
"Well, then it's time to find out then, don't you think?"
The way her eyes waiver back to the documents on the table and then back to him tells him that he's got her.
"Come on. Just an hour."
Luckily, it's extremely hard for her to say no to him. So he watches as she gathers her papers without a word and walks right by him–
"If I die out there, it's on you."

Harvey is the only person who catches onto the fact that Donna is overworking herself since her promotion, and he vows to subtly try to make sure she's doing okay. Along the way, however, his feelings for Donna become a little less subtle.

When she looks at him, she’s brought back to that moment years ago when she told him that at the right time he’d choose life. She’s seen it in his gaze back then, this trace of hope, a need to live and breathe again without this weight on his chest.
She sees it again, now, the clarity in his gaze, no hidden tricks, no lies, just pure honesty. There is a slight smile on his face which she traces with her fingertip, his delicate wrinkles disappearing under her touch. His pupils dilate, darkness eating the colour almost completely. And it hits her with the same burning magnitude that in this moment he chooses something again.
He chooses her.
And this is all she needs.
