EDIT This whole thing is being rewritten for plot ideas and better writing. I'm planning on this being multiple chapters but I do not like the this chapter or the way it is written. And also for like the one person that's reading this and cares feel free to put some ideas in the comments I'll give credit if I use them.
Years after a nuclear war drove people to live underground society was spilt in to 2 the rich live deep underground where there is artificial sun, weather, and order. While the poor and proverty live closer to the surface where thers high levels of radiation no lite, wether, or order. Crime plagues the people as they fight for every thing they hafe.

Tecnoblade and Wilbur are crime lords of the Uppercity then one day they come across a young boy from the rich side, the Undercity. What will they do? As they try to translate him over to their society, will they accept him as one of their own? Or will they see him as a rich brat because of the place he comes from?
