It was such a stupid thing to think of. You’d left a keychain at work. Just a keychain. It was just a keychain.
The fire roars in your ears.
You can't leave them in there, you can't, you can't.
It is a miracle you find them, you were terrified you might not have been able to get them out. You will admit you were scared to see how terribly the fire must have damaged Sun and Moon - or, you suppose right now, they're Eclipse.
You get home, usher them inside.
You turn the lights on, and turn to your friends-

You’re a young graphic designer still trying to find your footing. Freelance jobs come and go, but nothing ever feels like home—not since you left the Pizzaplex, and the friends you made there, to study abroad.
You tried to move on. You looked for openings, checked every posting, every rumor, but the positions were always filled—or worse, replaced by AI programs churning out lifeless designs. So you buried the ache in your chest with personal projects and late nights, telling yourself that the past belonged in the past.
Then the phone rang.
An unfamiliar voice introduced himself as the new CEO of the Plex—and he wanted you back.
After a blur of online forms and hastily packed bags, you found yourself standing once more before the neon glow that had once defined your world.
The Pizzaplex loomed just as you remembered: bright, overwhelming, alive.
You took a breath, the corners of your mouth lifting into a smile as warmth bloomed in your chest.
After all this time, after everything that had changed…
You were finally home.

Better than the website; far more lifelike. No, it looks like a robot. Tall, with a shine that metal typically has. So glimmery, the way the sun reflects off his faceplate. And, at last, a smile adorning that perfectly designed face he has. “Wow.” It’s really the only word you could muster up.
