Summary
When what you hate the most gives you everything you have, a new start, it is normal that gratitude comes along with it. That is Cellbit's case. He is recovering, his past (some of it, at least) has forgiven him, and he has a family. All that thanks to The Manager, to the Federation. If being an investigator for them and against the Chaos Rebellion is what he has to work with in order to keep everything he's been given, that's what he'll do.
Roier is the son of one of the Government's supervisors, Osito Bimbo. When he goes with his father to visit the Department of Investigation and Island cases, and meets with a tired looking man that smells of coffee and has an office that's a full investigation board, he allows himself to be spoiled and gets his dad to make him the detective's apprentice.
