Summary
After being released from Aperture, Chell spends months struggling to survive in a post-apocalyptic world where society has regressed to a point where people are divided, distrusting, and violent. Meanwhile, GLaDOS has found that current-day humans make terrible test subjects due to their fear of technology and belligerence. When someone attacks and nearly kills Chell, GLaDOS takes the opportunity to bring her back to the facility and make her test in exchange for medical attention. Forced to work together to survive, they try to make the best of their situation. Gradually, the two begin to trust each other, and realize that they need each other in more ways than one.

Okay, look, I'll level with you. This is 100% a "my mom thinks I'm dating someone and she wants me to bring them home for Christmas, oh god, you're my sworn rival but please pretend we're madly in love" fic and they just happen to be supervillains. There's no supervillainry, so sorry to disappoint on that, but there's casual flying so... Basically supervillains going about their daily lives as regular people. It's full of tropes.
