Summary
Just like any other angsty teenager trying to survive high school, Till needed somewhere to let everything out. Lately, the popular jocks wouldn’t stop making fun of his looks—and no matter how hard he tried to ignore it, their words stuck.
So, one night, he vents in a random fan-made Genshin Impact Discord server. Just a few lines in the “vent” channel. Nothing serious. He doesn’t expect anyone to care.But someone does.

Before he knows it, Till’s staying up late talking to them—laughing, sharing secrets, healing in the glow of his screen. They become best friends, even without knowing each other.But one day, they realize something strange.
Everything added up, the exact same name, voice, interests, it was almost as if they were the same person..Until it was.
The guy who made his life miserable.
The guy he thought hated him.
The guy he’s been falling for online.or edgy emo till vents to a genshin server about the jocks in his school making fun of him, gets insanely insecure and makes best friend online, finding out it was ivan all along, the guy he thought he hated him.

"Why South Korea, anyway?" he had even asked his mother that morning, his tone tight with annoyance. "And why this old-fashioned place?"
Jeonju's sleepy part of town, with its clinging kimchi smell, felt worlds away from the lively cities and Toronto. The family's move to the old Jeonju house inherited from his Korean grandparents (thanks for the real estate, halmeoni and harabeoji, less thanks for the location) happened despite his father having lived in Toronto since college, making Korea mostly for brief family trips.
As the moving truck shuddered to a stop, a boy with ink-black hair watched Till's family unload, then approached Till with an oddly formal enthusiastic handshake.
"Hi," the boy's voice announced, friendly and loud, like heralding the arrival of a circus. "I'm Ivan."
Till's glance flickered down to the offered hand, then back to Ivan's face, his expression flat, conveying the approximate enthusiasm of someone whose phone battery just died.
"Till," he replied curtly.
OR
Through Till's VIEW, he understands the world, but Ivan is the VANE that makes his feelings change course.

He’s perturbed, but not enough to look away and Ivan sighs. He’s been doing a lot of that lately.
“What do you want, Till?” he asks and he sounds tired. Till says nothing at the same time that he swallows down the words you and answers. He has more questions than he knows what to do with, like How long were you planning to kiss me? and Was it a spur of the moment thing or was there a logic to your madness? and Have you been hiding this all along? There’s also the question that’s been spinning around his head like a disc left on loop: Why me? Why do you love me?
Or, Till gets thrust back into time.

Summary
Ivan walked through school like always—calm, charming, basically un-noticeable. His two best friends—well 1, Mizi and Sua walked with him. Mizi talked a lot, and Sua was calm. Mizi and Sua were dating, Ivan felt like an outcast.
Ivan wasn’t paying attention, though. Mizi’s chatting was just background noise by now.
Then someone brushed past him.
It wasn’t anything big, just a quick bump, but it made Ivan stop. He turned his head and saw a boy walking away. He had cool grey-teal hair and a face that looked both sharp and soft.
Ivan froze, His heart suddenly started beating fast, and he felt weird—like warm and nervous all at once. He didn’t even know his name, but something about him just felt special.
Mizi and Sua noticed Ivan wasn’t walking anymore and looked back at him. Mizi followed his gaze, then pointed.
“Hey, isn’t that guy from the music club? I think his name is Till, he plays guitar really well!”
“Till...” Ivan whispered, like he was trying out the name.
Mizi raised her eyebrows and smirked. “Whoa. Did someone finally make you stop in your tracks? That never happens.”
Sua giggled, and Ivan just stood there.
