Sometimes it's easy to forget headstrong, sharp-mouthed Seungmin was one of his youngest pups who also needed affection from their pack Alpha.
Seeing Seungmin now curled up in his bed, bathed in the soft purple lighting of his bedroom and buried under a pile of blankets, Chan can't believe he'd ever forgetten.
"Hi puppy," Chan whispers, like an intimate, shared secret just between the two of them, "were you waiting?"
"I didn't know when you'd be home," a soft voice responds and pauses, "Alpha."
