'Just thinking about what Cilenti and his men did to him warranted a visceral response of either horrendous throwing up or pure, unfiltered anger. Anger at the thugs who put him in this state, anger at Kiki for keeping his whereabouts unknown, anger at herself for letting him go alone. But she was most angry, totally infuriated, at Freddie for thinking running straight into the line of fire would end well.
