   Summary

   ' He saw Grace’s expression when he looked at him without any bandages on. A mix of pity, fear, and… fascination? Simon hated it. Hated all of it. He felt like an animal, a zoo animal being looked at through a glass wall.
   But then it switched. It felt different. Grace’s eyes on him felt different.

   Simon glared at him with eyes that said “what?” aggressively.

   “...cool…” Grace mumbled. It was fascination. But not the same kind of fascination as earlier. This time, it looked more like… inspiration. Like Grace wanted to be like him.

    

   Why would anyone want to be like him? '

    

   Grace rescues a Simon that is scared of himself. He hates his scars, Ryland loves them.
