   Thirty-four years after the Hunger Games are founded, President Snow keeps the tradition strong with fresh batch of District children to place in the Gamemakers' dollhouse. Technologic experts from District 3 and geologic scientists from Five and Nine have been added to the arena team, providing for some new effects never seen before in the Games. Across the Capitol, excitement is rising- there's said to be a surprise in store that could completely flip the arena terrain during the Games.
