Summary
The sky lightened, and the cloud cover that had painted the night without light burst into color. Streaks of gold and orange. Vibrant shades of pink. Horrible swaths of red and purple, bruises and blood. Fire lit the horizon.
Morning dawned.
She watched Yoshinaka walk into the rising sun, his form a shadow, a silhouette, a blur, swallowed by the golden rays.
Her knees hit the ground. Mud splashed against her armor. She bent over double, arms cradling her stomach and the child within, hair trailing across the bloody mess of dirt.
And screamed.
Aka, Tomoe is summoned to Chaldea with Ushiwakamaru in tow. Things go spectacularly wrong.
