Summary
Amélie was a young elven handmaid, and painfully aware of her place in an Orlesian noble household. Assigned to the Herald of Andraste for the duration of the Inquisition's visit, she expected a woman with a temper and reprimands from the household's madame for blundering through her job.
As idle gossip made its way through the Château after an Inquisition elven servant had lingered where he should not, Amélie was caught in the middle when the lines blurred between divinity and personhood, and authority and tenderness.TLDR; Lady Trevelyan dares to love an elf while being a guest of an Orlesian noble. Not openly, but not very discreetly either.

Summary
IDs. Bank accounts. Certificates. Worth less than a cup of tea in raw materials, and yet, unattainable for those who have never existed in the system. This includes Fen’Harel, who has waited out millennia in Uthenera, and yet, finds himself barred from magic like anybody else. Eking out a wretched existence on the streets of modern day Val Royeaux is not an option.
Fen’Harel becomes Solas once more and finds refuge in the flat of his most trusted agent, Felassan, who has long left behind the nostalgic dreams of their world and now lives – quite contently, thank you very much – in the new one.

“You’ve made your peace,” Solas repeats after a long while, his voice heavy with a future that has not yet happened. “Or most of them.”
“Doesn’t mean I don’t get to be afraid.”
Solas turns that over. The part of him that knows what needs to be done, no matter the cost, the one that designs strategies and chooses the order in which it will all happen, that part sees the absoluteness in Felassan’s fears. He could say what the Wolf would say. But the Wolf is not yet the only thing he is. -
