“Put your pointer finger here,” Todoroki instructed, gesturing to one of the black keys by Midoriya’s right hand. “And your middle one here. Ring finger, pinky, and… thumb.”
Midoriya obliged, settling his hand onto the keys a bit awkwardly. His breath hitched when Todoroki clicked his tongue and reached over to adjust his positioning, one long finger pressing the middle of his palm up, shifting his thumb slightly.
“Your hands don’t need to be made for music. You just need to play,” Todoroki said softly.
Late nights at the UA dorms. Midoriya pines. Todoroki plays the piano. That’s pretty much it.
