Summary
Midoriya Izuku has dreamed of becoming the world’s greatest hero. Inspired by the legendary Fire and Rescue Chief, Toshinori Yagi, famously known as All Might, Midoriya has always known in his heart that he would follow the same path. When a violent terrorist attack leads him to perform an act of childhood heroism, Midoriya doesn't hesitate. But with heroism comes a price and Midoriya realizes that the path that leads to his dreams may look different than expected.
Todoroki Shoto is nothing like his father, Todoroki Enji, corporate monster and harborer of more dark secrets than even his own flesh and blood knows. Despite his father’s desperation for him to take on his legacy, Shoto knows that he could never fill the man’s shoes, even if he wanted to. Joining the Fire and Rescue team was an easy decision, Shoto was certain that being a pillar of safety and hope would put some distance between him and his family name but it continues to haunt him.
When Izuku and Shoto’s worlds collide, their hearts can barely handle the impact. But when the darkness of the Todoroki name and the heroic nature of Izuku’s heart meet on a dark path, it will be up to all of them to again find the light…
