Dead Air tracks Porsche's younger brother Chay, who is now home alone in the house they used to share. While Chay struggles to keep a routine of school, quietude, and instant noodles, his emotional isolation continues to grow. He's 17 and suspended between boyhood and manhood, between holding on and releasing.
Alone, listening to music that no longer soothes him, Chay begins to realize something greater is breaking down behind the veneer of his lonely, exhausted life. Weird things start to happen.Mystery relatives showing up and gaining a boyfriend who happened to be his idol. (Basically a Chay centered fic about him being sad and lonely and some plot , Hes also much smarter than people give him credit to)
