Winter has come and gone. Summer rolls around marking the end of the first year in this new hell they all ended up in. The dead have risen with a hunger for the living. Those who survived the initial outbreak are trying to scrounge up supplies and build safe zones. But worst of all?
Everyone seems to be against each other.
Surviving humans have slowly become worse monsters than the dead. Leading to a new level of survival.
“You’ve got to be kidding me,” Katie grumbles to herself, “what am I writing?” She scratches out the lines she wrote in her journal. “Keep a journal, I said to myself. It’ll help make things easier, I said to myself. But what happens when I start writing like a whiny bitch? Where do I write to complain about that?!”
Rick snorts from his seat next to her. “Sounds like you need therapy, Unicorn.”
“Your face looks like it needs therapy, Deputy Do-Right,” Katie shot back without thinking.
