Summary
Lost and abandoned in an alleyway, Luz Noceda at the age of six is all alone. In another world Luz would still have a caring mother. But sadly the world is sometimes just plain cruel, ripping her parents before their time away from Luz. Alone with no one to turn to she finds a faced down playing card, abandoned and stepped on just like her. With bloody hands she picks up the dirtied card, revealing it to be a queen of hearts. Grasping the card, smearing blood onto it, she vows to never be weak again.
After all, life is just a cruel and unbalanced game. But even life can be beat, you just need to know how to stack the cards in your favor. After all it only takes 10,000 hours to master a skill, how long does it take to master life?

Now fourteen and already on top of the world, Luz visits her parents' graves in -ironically- Gravesfield, her father's hometown and one of the few places left untouched by her empire. As the gambling and technology crime lord pays her respects she views a particular owl run into the woods with a bag a few sizes to big. With an eyebrow raised she dusts off her three piece suit and quietly shadowing the bird.She already conquered the human realm, what's one more?

Summary
The prideful True Dragon Veldora, the Storm Dragon, was sadly too prideful to befriend a slime.
But that doesn't stop our unnamed slime. After all, they have their whole life ahead of them. So many views to see. So many friends to make...
Oh... well at least they have their trusty partner watching their back.
In a world filled with overpowered demon lords, dragons and heroes, what can one lonely slime do but survive and be... the last one standing.(Rimuru is overpowered in the sense that he can fight and survive way out of his weight class, not overpowered with pure stats. Without being named by Veldora he is only a -B monster, while powerful for a slime is nowhere close to the top of the food chain in the Great Jura Forest.
Instead of using predator with his overwhelming power to win battles like he did early on in cannon. He will instead be heavily relying on Great Sage to out wit and trick opponents. Him using Great Sage more will influence his growth later on, afterall who else could be a better teacher than Great Sage?
Also don't expect many subordinates now or even far into the future. Without Veldora's influence and magicpool few are willing and even fewer could be named by Rimuru.)

Summary
As a wise conman once said, when one door closes find a nearby wall and bash it in with brute force.
Pomni, after leaving the poorly rendered feast, retreats to her room while coming with terms that there is no exit. Will she give up trying to escape, or will she make her own path? Does an anxiety ridden jester even have a say? Can she even keep herself together when so many have already fallen before her?
Follow Pomni as she searches for an exit as she breaks the world around her, searching in the blurred lines of reality.
