Summary
Timothy was a patient with Dissociative Identity Disorder. After all the events had come to him and his friend, Tim noticed a part of him slowly disappear, or in other words, it became some 'thing' that's no longer Tim.

Rummaging through the desk drawer for the only gun belonging to Tim. He holds it with the letter on the table, his eyes roll because of the effect of the drug. Feels like there's nothing necessary.
