So I’ve been wanting to write an extra Rollisi moment or two from We Dream of Machine Elves, and with the callout on Twitter for Rollisi in the rain, I thought this was the perfect time to combine the two. There might actually be 2 times we see our favorite couple in the rain in this one……
*This was started a week ago, back when we were all excited about S24. Hard to believe how different things were…... I couldn’t get back to writing for a few days just thinking about Kelli leaving….no matter how happy of an ending they give her. SVU won’t be the same. I’ve said it on Twitter, they’ve ruined what was already going to be a bittersweet end of a series, for me. Now it’s just all effed up. I don’t have a desire to watch their new squad.
But I’ve sought solace in so many beautiful stories everyone else has written, so I wanted to finish this one in case it helps someone else. It was also a bit therapeutic for me to finish it. I just had to add something onto the end…….which turned into 9000 words.Bookmarked by MsSunshine79

Amanda has had a week off between leaving SVU and her new gig at Fordham, and it's been a long five days thinking about finally getting a second or two alone with her new husband. Little does Amanda know, she'll get more than just a night out with Sonny, and he intends to make the most out of every moment they get to be alone together.
