Premise:
Seasons 1 and 2 happen nearly the same as the show. With 1 crucial difference. Penelope, Edwina and Kathani really hit it off as friends at the soiree.
Edwina asks if Penelope can accompany them early to Aubry Hall as a sort of “Guide to the Bridgerton’s” as she had practically grown up with them.
Colin is already on his next trip (so no tea incident)
For my purposes the storm happens before all the other guests arrive.

While being overheard by Anthony and Benedict via a secret passage.
