Angela Ziegler is quite satisfied with her new life, where she leads a team of field medics who aid victims of violent conflict around the world. When Winston issues a recall for Overwatch agents, she refuses to join the now rogue organization. She struggles in putting her personal grievances with them aside, even years after resigning from her position as head of medical research.
Can anything (or anyone) change the doctor's mind?
This story will jump back in time for a bit to show some of Angela's experience with Overwatch before it returns to present day.

It doesn't exactly help when Vishkar send one Satya Vaswani, the singularly most intolerable woman she's ever met, to judge the ranks.
