Summary
Will Byers is twenty-one years old, an art student living paycheck-to-paycheck in Chicago, when he finds himself suddenly needing a new place to live. His childhood friend, Max, makes a suggestion: her stepbrother has an extra room and is looking for a roommate.
Objectively, it’s a terrible idea. This is Billy Hargrove, after all. Will hasn’t seen him for six years, but he remembers what Billy was like in high school. Billy drank too much, fought too hard, and caused mayhem wherever he went. Will should not seriously be considering moving in with him … right?
But desperate times call for desperate measures, and it seems like the wild Billy that Will remembers is long gone. In his stead is someone older and gentler …someone for whom Will could develop feelings.

Summary
Even when his parents forgot to call for his nineteenth birthday, even when Nancy looked past him to gaze at Jonathan with genuine affection, and even when Dustin rolled his eyes when Steve couldn’t follow the threads of their conversation, Steve had comforted himself: at least he had his looks.
But not anymore.
Or, after the events of season four, Steve struggles to come to terms with the scars on his body. Having always prided himself on his good looks, Steve finds that his visible injuries take a major toll on his sense of self-worth and toss him headfirst into a spiral of self-hate. What follows is the progression of Steve’s grief and Eddie’s role in this journey.

Summary
Then, just after school restarts in January, a new bit of gossip arrives, overpowering like a wave, sweeping away all the small stuff: during winter break, someone saw Steve Harrington kissing another boy behind the diner off Main Street.
Or, a no-Upside-Down AU in which Eddie and Steve meet in high school and fall in love. That’s it. That’s the story.

Summary
“Hornets aren’t like bees,” his mother continues. “They’re mean. They defend their nest if you get too close. You need to stay away from them.”
“But, Mom-” Steve’s face is hot, and he can’t stop crying.
His mother tsks, her hands falling away from his face. “Steve, calm down. You’re fine. It’s just a hornet string.”
“But it hurts,” Steve wails.
“Of course it does.” His mother stands up, her hands coming to rest on her waist. “But it could be a lot worse.Or, from a young age, Steve has been taught that because other people have it worse, his pain (both physical and emotional) isn’t valid. What follows is four times in which Steve truly believes this and the one time he begins to think differently.

Harry doesn’t like Malfoy.
Never mind the moments in the forgotten alcoves of Hogwarts. Never mind the secret meetings and secret kisses.
After all, you don’t have to like someone to kiss them.Only now the War is over, and Malfoy’s different. And Harry’s no longer sure how he feels about the other boy.
I reject JK Rowling and her TERF rhetoric. Trans women are women.
