Summary
It’s been six months since Sam left for Stanford, and Dean is losing his mind. He travels alone across the country, nothing but drinking and hunting and hookups. He somehow ends up in Palo Alto, and he somehow ends up drunkenly breaking into Sam’s dorm room. Don't ask him how.
What follows is a night of debauchery between two brothers, who don't really need to acknowledge the elephant in the room at all, if you ask them.
