Summary
After the end of episode 9, Vi takes Caitlyn back to Piltover. But she grapples with whether or not she should stay. Caitlyn lets her know that's just not acceptable anymore. Caitlyn pretty much cries through the entirety of this whole fic. That splosion looked like it probably took out the whole room, and Caitlyn was wrecked in that last clip, so I just needed to write down my feels about the whole thing. And Vi was suuuuch a lil bitch in episode 8 so I'm processing that at the same time.

But when Kara gets exposed to red kryptonite, Lena fears for her safety. She successfully gets the wayward hero the cure she needs, but she and Kara are both shaken by Kara's actions in the aftermath.
This leads to a re-evaluation and an evolution of their relationship. Alex supports her sister, Maggie supports her girlfriend, and Lena Luthor bonds with J'onn J'onzz. Kara Zor-El confronts Kara Danvers, and Kara Danvers is forced to analyze the parts of herself she has been repressing for the betterment of her own future and her future with Lena. -

Summary
Lena, after her most recent brush with CADMUS, is overtly traumatized, and Kara doesn't like it. She does what she can to be close to Lena, despite Lena's unusually isolative behavior. Their evening drinks are interrupted, Kara whisks Lena away, and Lena's reaction to the events makes Kara realize she needs to come clean about some things. This leads to smut (as these things tend to do).
And a lot of talking. Like, I wrote a lot of dialogue. Grammatical errors ahead.
TRIGGER WARNING: Talk of torture (not sexual, but torture nonetheless) Kara is possessive, and Lena kinda hits her a bit(softly- cuz she's extra, ya know?). So... if that bothers you, I'm sorry. Maybe don't read.
