"Retirement looked good on Sylvanas, dammit, it wasn’t fair that the rest of the world would never see it that way."
A near decade of peacetime has been kind; and for Sylvanas and Jaina, their once impossible dream of a family together is now a reality as the two adapt to their newfound retirement away from the tangled web of politics and war. Yet try as they might, they always knew the world would inevitably intrude and intrude it certainly does, with a call to arms and an unlikely visitor tearing at old wounds, bringing to light an uncomfortable truth.
Set roughly sometime after the fourth war, with some serious creative freedoms. No Shadowlands.
