Luck is an interesting thing. It's kind of like a form of talent; you either have it or you don't.
And me? Well...I definitely don't have it. I never won raffles, I always got the same figurine in blind boxes and every other week, I somehow stepped in dog-shit IN my house. I don't have a dog. So, yeah...I loath the idea of luck. Because if luck exists, then so does the idea of being "unlucky" (AKA me).
But, it seems my luck has finally changed! I got accepted for a university! I mean, my grades did play a part but out of the hundreds of thousands of people that applied, I was part of the small portion that was accepted! And, the huge Hero vs. Villain War Arc from My Hero Academia was FINALLY going to get animated! This year never felt more lucky!
But like all isekai tropes, that damn truck hit me into the afterlife...
...Though, I don't think the afterlife was supposed to feel like I was stuck in an anime...right?

Nobody could have guessed that the end was only the start of a new beginning. Nobody, including the girl who was now seconds away from reaching the last chapter of her current life: You.
It had been a fairly normal day; wake up, go to whatever few classes you had, eat lunch with your friends, and then go back to your room to study and start the cycle over again. Only a couple of months from now and you'd be graduating with your degree and starting your adult life, which thinking about it now made the distracted driver hurtling your way seem like a cruel joke.
That was how you died.
Or, at least it was, until you found yourself alive and breathing again. And in the world of an anime, no less! Your second life, a life of endless possibilities and one to fulfill your deepest desires, had landed you in an anime. No castles filled with endless wealth nor fame beyond compare was waiting for you beyond the pearly gates, it seemed. No, instead you'd be fighting to survive among your fellow classmates...
