Summary
Soul-marks are colorless depictions of animals found on a persons body that normally appear in childhood. The animals will only come life with color when a pair of soulmates come into physical contact with each other for the first time.
Robert knew the basics of soulmates and though he got comfort from his mark he had really no desire to search them out. His life was a mess and he didn’t believe anyone deserved to be thrust into the middle of it.
