“It all seems so easy to you,” Aeron hisses but his face flushes at Davos’ almost confession of love. His scent turns sweeter, letting Davos know just how much of an impact those words have on him.
“Why can’t it be?” Davos insists. “You bloody Brackens are the ones that always have to go and complicate things.”
Davos Blackwood is less than pleased when he learns Aeron Bracken is to be wed to another alpha. He’ll stop at nothing to prevent his beloved from having such a fate, all in the name of love.
