Summary
In a world where human beings and night-dwelling vampires live in tandem, Sandrone holds the title of Harbinger within the Hunter Bureau Organisation, otherwise simply known as the Bureau. Although there is little to no unrest between the two groups, Hunters nevertheless prowl the unlit corners of a city built of stone and brick, lying in wait for the worst of possible vampiric criminals during the dead of night.
Hunters were not known to form close relations with any walk of life — excluding other Hunters, of course. As a Harbinger and high-ranked officer, Sandrone abided by those very traditions as if the very string of reality would unfurl if broken. Her life was already filled with headaches from the Bureau alone as she continued to maintain her status as the most prominent Hunter engineer of this generation.
That was, until a certain migraine-inducing creature of the night smoothly waltzed into her life as if she had a predetermined position in it. It had infuriated Sandrone to no end, and she continues to desperately search for a way to permanently rid her routine of that nuisance every moon cycle, though to no avail.
Strangely, it felt as if the moon was still her only companion in the world.
