Summary
Maybe because Kuroo was famous and wealthy, his reputation reached nearly every corner of Fukurodani, Nekoma, and probably parts of Itachiyama. Kenma didn't know which grand tales about the alpha were true or not, didn't think much about whether Kuroo would even come back to this place, they just knew their mouth was watering once they saw Kuroo's thick cock. It was exceedingly rare for Kenma to be attracted to the alphas they serviced, so to have Kuroo waltz in and ignore everyone else in favor of Kenma?
That might've have their omega a little excited.
Kenma attracts the attention of Kuroo and they're not entirely opposed to the alpha.

Summary
Kuroo wasn’t sure when he came to understand just how hard he’d fallen over him. All he knew was that in little instances, little bursts of time, the impact—the weight of it would consume him, suffocate him, throttle him from the inside out until he didn’t know which way was up and his heart couldn’t keep a normal pace.
"Two minutes alone," Kuroo would dream, "what I wouldn’t fucking kill for two minutes alone with him."

Summary
In theory, Kuroo was ethically opposed to conning innocents. In practice, he could never resist watching Kozume ply his trade.
It always started out the same: Kozume’s victim of the night would let him break. Kozume would hesitantly line up his cue behind the cue ball, elbows tucked, form all over the place. So of course, to be a good sport, his opponent would give him some pointers—shift Kozume’s upper arm, adjust his wrists, let their fingers brush for a moment too long. Despite the language barrier, a definite something lingered in the air.
(The scent of blood. Kuroo knew that, Kozume knew that, Victim #1 did not.)
Kuroo’s job is to pour drinks and watch out for hustlers. He’s a great employee: he makes a mean martini, and whenever Kozume Kenma comes in to hustle pool, Kuroo sure does watch.
