Percy turned, spotting who he assumed Octavian was talking about. A girl with blonde curls tied up in a bun, clad in a pale blue sweater with her nose in a book. She was so wrapped up in it that she hadn’t noticed Percy and the dozen of his friends turn to stare at her. He recognized her, though he couldn’t put a finger on her name.
He turned back around. “What about her?”
“Hook up with her,” Octavian said simply.
Percy laughed. “I don’t think she’d be interested in me.” Just from first glance, they looked like complete opposites.
