Summary
Lloyd has been having this reoccurring dream ever since he became the Conduit. He wakes up in this field of gray, a vast expanse of nothing that goes on forever, the void cracks under his feet, and then, in some way or another, he dies.
In the waking world, he can feel the seems of himself falling apart, and soon, the world starts to fall apart with him.He'll have to relearn how to lean on his team if he wants to figure out what's going on, otherwise he genuinely fears he might lose himself to the chaos he's been finding in his own mind. Is it the power of the Source Dragons tearing him apart from the inside? Or it something deeper, something he has to face within himself?

Summary
After saving Lloyd from the volcano, Kai stays awake in bed thinking over that choice, stewing over the idea he had almost let his pride get in the way of saving someone in need of protecting.
He soon realizes Lloyd is in need of a different kind of help, one Kai is particularly familiar with.

Summary
Lloyd stumbled through the woods, panting heavily as he ducked and jumped over roots and vines. He could hear steady footsteps behind him, his heart in his throat. He was without his powers, and while he was left to skirt around the thick vegetation, the person behind him easily sliced through the roots and vines with a steady swing and a dagger.
In other words, he wasn’t moving fast enough.

Harumi had the grand idea to chase Lloyd through the woods, suggesting that if she caught him, she could do with him as she pleased.
Lloyd eagerly agreed. -
