Summary
The sea is dying.
Once, the ocean was a kingdom without borders, ruled by the silent strength of the merfolk. But now, ruthless hunters stalk the waters, armed with steel, fire and dark magic. The merfolk are being driven to extinction, forced into hiding in the deepest trenches. But a rebellion is stirring, led by Park Seonghwa, a reluctant warrior determined to fight back before his people are erased forever.
Above the waves, the world isn’t faring any better. The hunters have crushed the age of freedom, burning ships and slaughtering crews without mercy. But one pirate refuses to bow.
