Summary
Tartaglia returns from Liyue heartbroken and manages to run into one of the last people he'd like to notice him at a time like this; his idol, Capitano. They're both infuriatingly idiotic and blind to each other's feelings. In other words, they'll probably need some help getting together. It's a great thing a certain banker is more than up for the job!
