Ruby is passionate about a lot of different things. Weapons, tech, her friends, helping those in need— among many others. And somehow, out of all those passions, she finds the most passion lies in the girl known as Penny Polendina; the Protector of Mantle.
People may think otherwise, but she’s not just a machine. She’s about as real as any other girl her age. But her machinery doesn’t make her less of a person, no, not at all! She’s Penny because of the metal, not despite it. Ruby really wishes she could see that.
