I'm bad at summary so I'll just make it really simple.
This fiction is a What If Lucy didn't go to the Tenroujima. (That’s it... That’s the main plot)
And no it won't just immediately time skip to 7 years later, we'll go though the adventures of Lucy in those 7 years.
And let me tell you this.

Summary
Harry thought Death was joking when he said this life was going to have a twist. But looking at his reflection and seeing the brown with hints of red in his hair, along with his cheeks, even with the baby fat, being different than his previous life, Harry knew Death did something. Of course, this was confirmed when upon a random request from his aunt (which Harry was sure was also Death being an intrusive asshole) and finding his mother's diary in the attic he had his answer. James Potter was not his father.
Harry was gonna kill Death if he thought he was going to let Death take this apparent alive parental figure, even if he did have to act a little childish for this new family he was going to throw himself into. It wasn't like he was allowed to be an actual child in his first life.

Summary
Harry didn’t sign up for this. He wanted to start a new life, to escape his old one. So, he opened a café in a new world, setting up the runes like the Room of Requirement. He thought his café could welcome the unfortunate, but no one was crazy enough to pace seven times in a sketchy alley—except, of course, the mad Targaryens. And so, Harry became a therapist and part-time café owner, trying to stick to his morals and not fall for the prince who apparently dubbed him an angel. But the prince dragon's cuteness is slowly wearing him down.

“No post on Sundays” Uncle Vernon announced happily, “No damn letters today-”
Something came whizzing down the kitchen chimney as he spoke and caught him sharply on the back of the head. The next moment, thirty or forty letters came pelting out of the fireplace like bullets.
“That does it!” he snapped, his beady little eyes focused solely on Harry, “It’s you that they want. And they won’t stop coming after us until you’re… gone”.
Harry didn't like the sound of that.
“But Vernon, we can’t! You heard what that- that despicable old man told us!”
“Don’t worry, pet” Vernon said, his nasty grin triumphant, “I’ll leave him someplace so far away that those freaks will never trace him back to us. There’s an institute up north, for these- these hopeless cases and whatnot - St Brutus's Secure Centre for Boys. I’ll leave him there, and then we can get back to our nice, normal life”.Or, the one where Harry doesn't attend Hogwarts in first year but finds his way to the wizarding world anyway, and this changes everything.
