Summary
In the dark underbelly of Academy City, Misaka Mikoto is the Organization’s most lethal weapon—a 'Queen of the Dark' forced to burn everything in her path to protect a devastating secret. Kamijou Touma is just the unlucky zero assigned to babysit her and clean up the ashes.
They are total opposites. They absolutely hate each other.
But when Touma accidentally slips past her electric defenses and discovers the terrified older sister beneath the ruthless mafia act, the rules of the game change.
Two reluctant partners. A city built on lies. And 20,000 reasons to burn it all down.
