Once he finally found the confidence to open the door Rudy wished he hadn’t, he should have just turned around and gone to the accommodation team and requested a transfer to another room because the smell was so much more potent without the door in the way and he stood in the doorway like an idiot because he was overwhelmed by the smell of an alpha not using a scent blocker.
The alpha's name is Alejandro Vargas and he is the textbook definition of an alpha, well-built, charming without even trying to be, easygoing. He was the complete opposite of Rodolfo Parra. He greeted Rudy with a smile and a shake of the hand, he introduced himself and told Rudy his secondary gender and asked Rudy what he was, and like with everyone else Rudy found himself lying.

“They have a lead,” Alejandro grunted to let Soap know that he was listening and for him to get to the point, Soap went to speak but then hesitated which made Alejandro look up. He somehow looked worse than Rudy, the black bags under his eyes, his usually pristine hair hung in his eyes and his usual five o’clock shadow turning into a full-on beard.
“They’ve been able to confirm that it was a coordinated attacked.” And Soap looked back at the body on the bed, especially Ajenadro’s hand which tightened around Rudy’s hand.
“Against the army?”
Soap once again didn’t answer for a couple of seconds.
“Against Rodolfo.” Alejandro’s hand stopped stroking Rudy’s hair.
“Probably because of his relationship with you, they wanted to hurt you through Rudy.”

The entire crew, Sanji included, gasped.
Or: Zoro got himself caught in an unfortunate situation on a mysterious winter island, leading him and Sanji to being in a fake marriage. Only time will tell if this relationship is fated to stay fake.
