“You can think of it that way.” CYPHER snickers. “I heard that High Command sometimes refers to us as hunting dogs. So please feed us and bring us out for walks, KING. We will be under your care.”
Or, a transfer of duty finds Ike Eveland in charge of HEADHUNTER, High Command's elite unit of psychic soldiers who does not officially exist. Ike needs to be careful, for treading in the wrong places could see him being mauled to death by the hunting dogs.
