    "Well, it certainly won't be today from the look of things." The Long Shade quipped. "I heard that their opponent will be another escapee from Tartarus."

    "Where did you hear that?" The Red Shade asked, interest piqued.

    The Long Shade waved a hand nonchalantly. "Oh, from a friend of a friend. You know how it goes."

    "Well, if the rumors are true, then this fight won't last long." The Round Shade chuckled again. “No one can win against the combined might of Theseus and Asterius, much less someone that already had to fight their way here!”

    The Red Shade was about retort by citing the (very few) warriors that have bested the champions of Elysium, but was interrupted by a loud commotion. Apparently, the aforementioned escapee had finally stepped foot in the arena.

    “Huh. He’s shorter than I expected.” The Round Shade blurted out as soon as they saw him.

    A story of how the Red Shade became Zagreus's first fan.
