A sequel to The Time Between Our Lives.
Katsuki and Izuku have finally returned to their old lives at UA. It's everything they worked so hard to achieve after a lifetime away from everything they knew and loved. It should be easy to slide back into their normal routines, right?
But normal's never been a fitting word to describe Izuku and Katsuki, especially now that they know what it's like to live a simple, quiet existence filled with love and devotion for one another. A lifetime removed from the stress of school, hero work, and... other people.
Unfortunately, their classmates are all too aware of the seemingly rapid shift in their relationship. And while they don't try to hide it, they also aren't ready to answer Class A's questions. But even Katsuki and Izuku have a breaking point.

Despairing but warm, Katsuki sobbed. Every long stroke of a big hand down his spine wrenched forth another choking cry from deep within him and every cry cracked his headache further open. The room spun when he tried to open his eyes, forcing his face back into a warm, hard chest, damp with his tears and snot. He wanted to sleep. He wanted to sleep forever. To sleep forever and never wake up or have to face his actions. His fuck-ups.
“If-it’d… if it’were you…” he slurred, gripping a soft shirt until his fingers were in danger of snapping.
“Nothing would be different,” a gentle voice assured him.
